1. The new campaign builder is more robust and quicker. 2. Schedule features like time warp can help you get more opens and clicks 3. Audience and campaign feature is seamless and fast. 4. Drip and campaign setup feature can help you long campaigns on different conditions.

1. HTML feature in content builder can be better, lack some basic HTML commands like center align, have to use padding for now. 2. Need a relatively better system, tends to hang on slow systems due to its browser consumption.

製品を使ってみた感想： I have been able to grow my website which serves two types of clients. However, I can create different campaigns for each, and keep both separate and organized. I'm able to send quality newsletters for each with guidance to ensure they do not go to spam and get opened. I can even see if I received sales.

I have been using Mailchimp for over 8 years because it continues to enhance and upgrade the software to meet the competitive needs of the Internet for my two brands. With the ability to integrate it with my membership site and other software, I'm able to get more relevant subscribers. It is also free to use for the first 2,000 subscribers.

When new to Mailchimp I had a difficult time navigating through the software for the first week of using it. However, this was many years ago, so perhaps new members may find it easier.

Mixed Experience with Mailchimp

製品を使ってみた感想： In the beginning, I found Mailchimp easy to use for my email marketing needs, especially as I run a nanny agency. However, things took a turn when a hired worker added her name to my marketing email account without my knowledge. After she left, I realized the issue, but despite speaking with a representative and sending several emails asking for help, I didn’t receive the support I needed to resolve the problem. Unfortunately, I had to start from scratch with a different platform. It was frustrating because I had invested time into setting everything up, only to be left without a proper solution from Mailchimp.

Customer support was disappointing when I encountered issues. They couldn’t help fix a major problem, and I had to switch to another service as a result.

I've never had any issues with emails going out, campaigns have been smooth. I can brand my emails and I'm trying to love analytics. The webforms are invaluable and there are always improvements and new features. My final note - there are so many email marketers now. Go with one that's beeb around a long time, like Mailchimp

I've used most email marketing software but I always come back to Mailchimp. A huge bonus for anyone new to this form of marketing is that you can build and grow a list for free until you reach 500 subscribers. This gives new businesses the time to get to know the system, send emails and learn about analytics before committing to a paid plan. A lot of competitors offer a free month but Mailchimp goes further. And I've always reached that 500 quickly without that added pressure.

I personally have found the interface not as clear as it could be. Mailchimp is a machine and I have to focus on each part at a time. I always find something new it can do. That's fun to try out though. It does take some getting used to. Start with the emailing and tack the rest on.

製品を使ってみた感想： Loved the tool and its many add ons, but the support contacts know less than the customers, so not worth the money for the monthly subscriptions. With my last enquiry I was passed to about 9 different people none of whom could help me.

The tools are very evolved and useful for campaigns with frequent activities and reporting. The AI is put to good use to anticipate response and tailor presentation. There are new tools launched on a regular basis to make this an exciting suite of products and potentially a market leader.

The price has more than doubled in less than one year which is inexplicable, and the support has become deplorably poor, so much so that I have paused my account after 7+ years as a customer.

I love how it has ready-made templates for every kind of email you can imagine. We use it for transactional emails, newsletters, promos, events, reminders, you name it. And we were able to set up all of these very quickly and without having to get a single thing designed thanks to the templates. It also has integrations with most of the mainstream software tools.

Nothing sticks out that much, we sometimes see a bug here and there, usually in the sign in page or reports.

Mailchimp has a really straightforward drag and drop builder to create email templates. Audiences can be set up for different lead sources and connecting those audiences to your website is very easy. Mailchimp also integrates easily with lots of plugins and applications.

The drag and drop builder is basic and doesn't allow for very much customization. You can't change the width of rows, or even add more in, and the widgets you can drag and drop into the templates are not beyond basic text boxes and buttons. You can't nest elements either, so dragging a button into a text box doesn't work.

製品を使ってみた感想： Good experience overall. Generally unimpressed with customer service, especially as we were setting up our API with our Salesforce CRM. Lots of “it’s not our issue”. Wish there was better support sometimes, but I appreciate they have steps to get ahold of someone.

I can always ask my doubts anytime; the help desk is very helpful in these cases. I don't have to wait 3-5 days for a response. The functionality to edit and create my template at any time is so good. It has an easy interface, and I can easily clean the data.

I didn't like that sometimes my emails end up in spam folders or are considered promotions, which downgrades the app, and I believe that can be improved.

Reporting dashboards and analytics are very easy to read for anyone, literally, you are able to see how many people opened your emails, how many clicked on them, and how many unsubscribed, You can send up follow-up emails too with the automation tool and above all. with a small price to pay.

Your e-mail lists are safely stored, and you can access them anytime. Despite being somewhat fiddly when working with media insert into e-mails, I still highly recommend it over the competition.

Also, when creating e-mail or any other document you can use various templates with drag and drop functionality. Not to forget option to create mailing lists separated by demographics, interest or behavior.

Importing your graphics and images sometimes does not work as you would expect. Either it does not allow you to insert your photo, is wrongly positioned, or you cannot resize it to the correct ratio in the document you create.
